Catalog
The IGVF Catalog working group is responsible for design, implementation, data content, and QA of the Catalog resource. The IGVF Catalog integrates IGVF data, particularly predictions and characterization experiments, into an expansive Knowledge Graph, along with tools and interfaces to interrogate the resource.

Networks
The Networks working group coordinates across the Networks awards, providing a venue to share new approaches, insights, and challenges as well as opportunities for cross-award collaborations.

Integrative Analysis
The IAWG is working on multimodal integration and analysis of data from IGVF data production centers. The group is taking advantage of the diversity of assays to curate a set of gold standard functional variants, define explicit, context-specific definitions of variant function, resolve discrepancies between assays, characterize pleiotropic effects, and develop models to predict and interpret variant function.

Mapping
The Mapping WG partners with the consortium to generate large-scale single-cell datasets from diverse cell types, donors, and disease states to power investigations of the impact of genetic diversity on health & disease. We also contribute computational pipelines and other tools to process and interpret these large-scale datasets.
Leads

Characterization
The Characterization Working Group seeks to coordinate the systematic perturbation of coding/non-coding regions of the genome to understand the function of genes, regulatory elements, and their genetic variants.
Leads

Publication
The goal of the Publications Working Group is to coordinate the timely submission and publication of IGVF papers to maximize community impact.
